Kaven Morasse is a member of the Quebec Bar and practices exclusively in criminal and regulatory law. After starting his career in the criminal section of the Montreal legal aid office, Me Morasse moved into private practice.

Since then, he has developed an enviable reputation as an experienced criminal lawyer and litigator.  He regularly represents clients in high-profile and complex cases. He frequently pleads before courts of all jurisdictions in Quebec, both before juries and the Court of Appeal. He handles cases involving murder, homicide, sex crimes, drug offences, impaired driving and various regulatory offences. He is frequently asked to comment on legal issues by the media.

In 2018, Me Morasse joined his high-end criminal and regulatory law practice to Boro Frigon Gordon Jones. Since 2021, he has also been a visiting professor of criminal law at the Université de Montréal.

Me Morasse is very involved in his community and has developed an expertise representing clients with autism spectrum disorders or intellectual disabilies before the criminal court.   He is a member of the Fédération québécoise de l'autisme and the Société québécoise de la déficience intellectuelle.
